Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility

At MAV VOYAGES, we are committed to ensuring that all passengers, including those with reduced mobility (PRM), have a comfortable and stress-free travel experience. We understand the unique needs of PRM passengers and work closely with our ferry partners to provide the necessary assistance and accommodations.

If you have a disability, reduced mobility, or require specific assistance, please inform us when submitting your request and provide the necessary documentation.

Requests should ideally be made between 5 days and 48 working hours before departure. In some specific cases, a minimum notice of 5 working days may be required.

Assistance on board the vessel is provided free of charge. Passengers using personal equipment (wheelchairs, mobility aids, etc.) must bring them along.
